We guided the client though a series of workshops to develop a web-based global survey. It measured partner feedback across incentives, tools, resources, and field engagement. A question set was constructed to minimize bias, map to an analytic framework, and measure the correlation between partner bookings and satisfaction ratings.
The client gained actionable insight from their global partner base, and the leadership team subsequently used it to guide future investment decisions.
