CloudJumper Announces Free Cloud Workspace for MSPs

CloudJumper, a North Carolina-based Workspace as a Service (WaaS) platform vendor has announced a new channel promotion, providing an unlimited number of free NFR licenses of Cloud Workspace Management Suite (CWMS) software within a single tenant Azure deployment.

CWMS automates delivery of hosted Windows desktops, application services, and Microsoft workloads. It is intended to help IT service managers deliver app streaming, VDI, DaaS and WaaS more efficiently. The platform is supported in Azure, Google Compute, AWS, and most private clouds. Cloud Workspace for Azure was first introduced at the Microsoft Inspire 2018 conference. It supports Azure Active Directory Services, allowing for single-sign-on within existing Microsoft Office 365 accounts. In its new release, CloudJumper has decreased the platform footprint to a single server, which is expected to put the suite well within reach of most SMBs. All customers are managed through a simple, single-pane-of-glass interface.

“2018 has been a fantastic year for the WaaS space with significant movement in the category, supported by important technological advances,” said Max Pruger, chief revenue officer for CloudJumper. “The single-tenant version of the software is ideal for helping IT services providers become more familiar with the technology and its potential from a business perspective.”

CloudJumper also enables a smooth migration from third-party platforms as well as existing “unmanaged” RDS deployments with the Cloud Resource App (CRA). CRA audits an existing RDS, Citrix or VMWare Horizon environment then overlays CWMS, allowing for easier management and scalability.
