Channel Impact® Payroll is maintained by Paychex. With Paychex you can securely access all aspects of your compensation, including information for direct deposits, tax reporting, and deductions. Online copies of your check stubs and W2s are also available.
Paychecks are processed semi-monthly and directly deposited into employee accounts. Employees who note an error in their checks should report it to their supervisor immediately.
There are 24 semi-monthly pay periods. Paydays are scheduled on the 15th of the month, covering work performed on the 1st through the 15th, and the last day of the month, covering work performed from the 16th to the last day of the month. If a regular payday falls on a weekend or holiday, employees will be paid on the workday immediately preceding the weekend or holiday.
Moving or Payroll Change?
If you are moving homes or want to change your payroll withholdings, it’s your responsibility to log in to Zenefits to update your contact information. Having your current address on file helps up to ensure that you’ll receive your W2 or 1099 in time when it’s tax season.
