As a business practice, Channel Impact® provides our clients with Weekly Status Reports and Quarterly Performance Plans.
Quarterly Performance Plan
The Performance Plan should be completed at the beginning of each quarter. The goal of the Performance Plan is for you and your client to agree on 3-5 objectives that you are to achieve for the quarter. At the end of the quarter, meet with you client to review the status of your objective. This process should be completed quarterly.
Weekly Status Report
The intention of the report, is to keep your client up to date on how you are tracking towards achieving your quarterly objectives. The report should take you no more that 15 minutes to complete each week. It should take your client no more than 5 minutes to read. The Weekly Status Report should be completed each Friday and sent to your client or manager with a copy sent to HR@channel-impact.com.
