Field Marketing Manager- West

 Channel Impact is looking to add a San Francisco Bay Area based, Field Marketing Manager to our team. In this role, you will be working with our client to develop Field Marketing in the West region. This is a 6 month long project that will run form June 15-December 15th.This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.  What You Will Be Doing Building the strategy thru to execution of the Region Marketing Plan.  You are the CMO of your territory, responsible for marketing and channel marketing pipeline contribution to the region. Partner with the Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Manager and Channel Account Managers to develop and implement regional marketing business plans, including the allocation of marketing development funds (MDF) with achievable ROI and pipeline impactManage and assess marketing performanceWorking closely with Sales and Channels teams to drive accountability in marketing related programs.Manage and assess partner-initiated events and recommend strategy for participationLeverage the corporate campaigns and implement them in your marketing activitiesDrive partner adoption and utilization of the client's marketing campaigns, promotions and toolsPlan and execute marketing programs and activities with channel partners, including joint webcasts, seminars/conferences, website co-marketing, and email campaigns What You Bring To The Team Strong Field and Channel Marketing expertiseThorough marketing or channel sales background with responsibilities for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives.Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.Understanding of pipeline managementExperience in working with a sales team.Ability to build relationships with peers, sales, distributors, resellers and customers.Use expertise and creativity for innovative marketing recommendations and solutions.Dedication to customer success.Self-motivated, innovative and creative.Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization.SFDC, marketing automation and or PRM platform familiarity a plusTypically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 10+ years related experience.

Sr. Partner Communication Manager

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and high energy Partner Communication Manager to join the team at Channel Impact. This is a PART TIME, long term, opportunity with Channel Impact. You will be required to work on site with our clients in their San Francisco offices two days/week.In this role, you will be working along side a team of channel careerists, supporting multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is hands-on, and is an expert at managing partner portals, developing web content, writing success stories, building presentations and other communication related assets.What You Will Be Doing Leverage in-depth knowledge of Partner to effectively develop strong partner messaging focused on “what’s in it for the partner” business valueDevelop programs to monitor partnership satisfaction and improvement opportunities with the client's partner sales and marketing supportAs a channel marketing team member, represent partner interest in the development of  the client's sales and marketing programsEstablish overall channel communication strategy, plan and metrics that support the business strategy and prioritiesDevelop an internal and external approach for segmented communications delivering the right message to the right individuals at the right timeDevelop Social Media strategy and drive and maintain presence for the client in this spacePartner with corporate communications extended teams to ensure message alignment in support of company’s corporate strategyServe as a trusted channel marketing advisor working with all Geo’s to understand their specific needs and requirementsResponsible for Partner Surveys including curating feedback and presenting recommendations based on findings to executive staffUnderstand industry, organization and functional stakeholder perceptions and communication needs with a focus on delivering what partners need  What You Bring To The Team 5-10+ yrs experience in an enterprise marketing role preferably within the tech industry, with and emphasis on partner marketingStrong writing, editing, proofreading skill set with the ability to present concepts verballyAbility to assess, plan, and organize many activities at onceUnderstanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplinesStrong collaboration and relationship building skillsExcellent time management and communication skillsHigh energy and passion with a “can do” attitudeSocial Media knowledge preferredExecutes with urgencyBachelor of Science degree
