Laura founded Channel Impact in 2005 to help technology companies maximize their success. She offers nearly 20 years of cross-functional channel experience, having worked with some of the top channel companies in the industry – bringing deep partner expertise to each client engagement. Laura comes from a long lineage of entrepreneurs, so it’s easy to see why she left the corporate environment to found Channel Impact.
Laura is an avid college football fan and a lover of craft brews, which likely comes from attending the University of Oregon, where she earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration. She’s active in the San Francisco chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and was nominated as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012 by Women’s Initiative.
Principal and GM, Channel Strategy, Channel Impact Consulting, LLC
John has helped many technology clients achieve route-to-market success by implementing channel sales models and programs that get results. Prior to Channel Impact, John held several executive positions at Cisco, including heading all worldwide channel incentive programs, leading Asia Pacific channel sales, and designing the SMB go-to-market model, “Partner Plus.”
John holds a B.S. degree in computer engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from University of Chicago. He looks back fondly on the three years he lived in Singapore, and really misses those “hawker stalls” where he could get delicious Asian food with the locals.
Vice President, Channel Measurement
Peiman specializes in developing simulators, statistical models, and analytical tools. These resources help us develop and communicate our channel strategy, and provide clients with interactive tools for evaluating their own channel strategy parameters and alternatives.
With 20 years of industry experience in engineering, engineering management, and corporate management, Peiman offers strong problem-solving and analytical skills, plus statistical and systems dynamics expertise. Before joining Channel Impact, Peiman was President and COO of Comtel Electronics, was founder and CEO of S2i2, Inc., and was Director of Advanced Technology Group at Solectron Corporation. He loves fine wine and fast cars.
Vice President, Client Success & Marketing
Kristine is a partner success thought leader with an in-depth understanding of the needs of today’s evolving, IT-channel focused technology companies. At Channel Impact, she guides our clients to transform their go-to-market strategies for the changing economy, including supporting recurring revenue business models and ensuring that partners serve as profitable extensions of vendor customer success teams. An excellent collaborator, Kristine is adept at assisting our clients to build alignment with key stakeholders and across internal organizations to drive successful outcomes.
She is an IT industry veteran who has held numerous executive leadership roles across sales, channels, business development and marketing organizations. Previously in her career, she ran Cisco’s Worldwide Commercial Solutions team and led its Emerging Markets Commercial Sales organization across a multi-billion-dollar theater. Kristine studied computer science and marketing and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University. In her free time, she enjoys travel, golf, photography and hiking the amazing mountains outside Boulder, Colorado.
Sr. Manager, Event Services
With over 20 years of meeting and event industry expertise, Nicole draws on her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to enable clients to deliver high-impact events.
Before joining Channel Impact in 2017, Nicole spent 15 years at Mac Meetings & Events, serving a variety of technology clients. As a Certified Meeting Professional, she excels in event program strategy, logistics and operations.
Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality from the University of Missouri, and is a proud Tiger. In her free time, she is busy raising five sons with her husband in St. Louis, Missouri.
