8×8 has rolled out its Technology Partner Ecosystem, a new program intended to enhance customer experience by embedding AI and other technologies into its communications platform.
The move is intended to help channel partners and customers access next generation technologies, leveraging customized solutions and enhanced analytics. Joint go-to-market strategies, including promotional support, sales enablement, joint field engagements and lead sharing, are also part of the plan.

Instead, organizations expect their technology solutions and providers to innovate, adapt and evolve to meet their current and future business and customer needs,” said Hunter Middleton, Chief Product Officer at 8×8. “The program complements our native AI-driven 8×8 XCaaS platform capabilities, giving enterprises the flexibility to build the right solutions to meet and exceed their customer experience goals.”
The 8×8 Technology Partner Ecosystem currently has approximately 30 partners.
The program is presented as an opportunity for channel partners to add additional features to 8×8-based UCaaS/CCaaS engagements.
