Netskope Launches New MSP/SP Program and Provisioning Tool

Netskope, a Santa Clara-based company specializing in security and networking for cloud and AI, has launched its new Catalyst MSP/SP Program with three partner tiers — Foundation, Ascent, and Summit — providing progressively greater benefits. The structure features simplified pricing with programmatic discounts and 24×7 support; license portability; tier-based deal support; and new e-learning and instructor-led training including Netskope Sales Core, Netskope SASE Associate and Netskope SASE Specialist accreditations.

The program also includes the new Netskope Partner Orchestrator, a self-service multi-tenant orchestrator/provisioning tool for the company’s full SASE and AI product suite. The Orchestrator supports all partner tiers, allowing MSPs to onboard system integrators, sub-partners and resellers working in conjunction with them.

“MSPs need more than technology; they need partnership solutions built around modern business requirements,” said Parag Thakore, Chief Product Officer, SASE at Netskope. “With Catalyst, Netskope is delivering exactly that: simplified and flexible pricing with 24×7 support included, sub-15-minute tenant provisioning through Netskope Partner Orchestrator, license portability, new Netskope SASE Associate and SASE Specialist accreditations, and marketing support.”

“We recognize that partner economics are changing, and for partners to rapidly scale their business, the operational cost per customer must also reduce at scale,” said Kristin Carnes, Vice President, Global Channel Programs and Strategy at Netskope. “What we’re introducing helps to speed up time-to-value and keeps service provider partners in full control the entire time.”

Pax8 Expands its Marketplace Platform

Pax8 has rolled out the latest evolution to its Pax8 Marketplace, introducing new capabilities intended to give partners a clearer, real-time view of their business.

Among the key features, “Subscription Insights” gives partners a centralized view of subscription activity, helping them stay ahead of renewals, manage Microsoft trial conversion and configuration, and anticipate upcoming changes before they create downstream issues.

The “Partner Analytics Hub” combines revenue, product, and client data, providing partners with enhanced visibility.

The “Reports” section provides a centralized hub for finance-ready outputs that users can customize, download, and schedule for recurring email delivery. By reducing manual reporting and data manipulation, this feature is intended to help partners improve accuracy, spot patterns faster, and spend less time assembling information by hand.

“Integration Guides” give partners practical guidance for connecting systems and getting more value from Pax8 APIs and Model Context Protocol Server. An AI prompt generator is designed to help partners move faster from reacting to anticipating customer needs.

“Partners don’t need more data. They need clarity,” said Libby McIlhany, Chief Product Officer at Pax8. “We’ve expanded the Pax8 Marketplace to give our partners relevant insights across all clients and vendors, so they can make faster decisions, operate more effectively, and lead with greater confidence.”

“Without a clear view of the business, scaling just amplifies problems,” said Lane Brannan, Pax8 Executive Vice President and General Manager, Americas. “Partners need visibility into what’s happening across their clients and subscriptions, and the ability to act on it in real time to deliver better outcomes for the SMBs they serve.”

Kaseya Unveils MSP Growth Ecosystem

Kaseya, the Miami-based provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, has announced the launch of MSP Success, a unified growth ecosystem that brings together a series of the company’s business acceleration programs under one platform, including Digital Marketing, Success Peer and the Kaseya Community.

MSP Success Digital Marketing is a new platform designed to help MSPs accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen their market presence. The platform includes conversion-focused websites, search engine and answer engine optimization (SEO/AEO), local search optimization, content marketing, email and social media campaign tools, reputation management, analytics and reporting, lead capture and appointment booking capabilities and access to a dedicated Marketing Success Specialist.

The program offers two foundational solutions, Express and Pro. Express is designed to help MSPs establish a strong digital presence, increase visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search results and generate a consistent flow of qualified leads. Pro expands that foundation with advanced marketing automation, conversion tools and strategic support that help MSPs accelerate growth and convert more opportunities into clients.

Additionally, Kaseya has brought its leading global MSP peer programs, TruMethods Peer and Technology Marketing Toolkit, under the MSP Success Peer umbrella. Members gain broader perspective, and can deepen their collaboration skills.

MSPs can join one of two peer programs depending on their size and scale. In-person peer meetings occur quarterly in North America, EMEA and APAC with online meetings in between to build community and accountability.

Kaseya recently launched MSPsuccess.com, a centralized learning hub designed to help MSPs grow, scale, and improve profitability through expert guidance, purpose-built frameworks and other resources. It also serves as a gateway to the Kaseya customer community, creating a connected ecosystem where MSPs can learn from experts and collaborate with peers.
