Mimecast Names Former HP Exec to Lead Global Channel Sales

Mimecast Ltd. has named Eli Kalil as the company’s new senior vice president of global channel sales; a newly created position for the Watertown, MA-based email and data security company.

A 30-year veteran in the enterprise information management and security industry, Kalil will be responsible for Mimecast’s global channel programs across current and prospective integrators, VARs, MSPs, and distributors.

Most recently, Kalil served as vice president of enterprise security, global channel partnership sales for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.  He previously managed channel sales and services teams at CA, RSA Security, IBM, Dell, and EMC.
