Nitel, a Chicago-based technology services provider, announced a strategic partnership with Nextiva, a voice-over-internet-protocol company focused on the area of cloud-based communication. The partnership is intended to provide agents and customers with a comprehensive solution for their network and unified communication needs.
More specifically, the two companies will look to integrate network services like Nitel’s software-defined wide area networks and managed security services with Nextiva’s platform for hosted voice, service CRM, live chat and online survey software solutions. Together, the combination is expected to enable sales and deployment of a broader set of technology solutions for customers.
“In partnering with Nextiva, we will elevate the experience for our partners, building quality, complete solutions for end users nationwide,” said Jason Dishon, Nitel’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Customers are looking to simplify their communications and IT environments.”
“I am so excited to announce this strategic partnership with Nitel,” said Ira Feuerstein, vice president of strategic partnerships at Nextiva. “Our companies have amazing synergies, and I really believe that our partners’ bases will crush it together.”
The two companies’ business models appear to be entirely compatible. The partnership can constitute a comprehensive solution for network and unified communications.
