Telarus Acquires Operations Team of Cynergy Telecom

Telarus has acquired the operations division of Cynergy. The purchase will transfer specific assets and customer account support functions to Telarus.

Cynergy focuses on selling to mid-sized enterprise organizations. The capabilities are considered a good match for Telarus, a master agent that has built a back office offering that includes engineering, project management, and account management.

“This sale allows us to leverage the scale of the Telarus operation so we can focus on expanding our sales efforts,” said Mike Emanuelo, Partner at Cynergy.

Cynergy customers will continue to be supported as they have been, while other Telarus partners should expect seeing an expansion of the Telarus support offering in 1Q 2020.

The companies have worked together in close partnership for over ten years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
