Telia Carrier, a Stockholm-based ISP, has launched a new channel partner program targeting the U.S market.

Highlights include a new agent portal that provides information on both the network and the financial aspects of the carrier’s services, and a customer portal through which agents can grant customer access to product information, marketing resources, training, and network maps.

The company also announced the promotion of Rob Pulkownik to Head of Channel Sales. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for attracting and signing master agents and other channel partners to complement the efforts of the local sales team.

“Our strong international presence and concentration on leveraging an industry-leading wholesale product set as the foundation of our enterprise products put us in a position of strength to deliver world-class solutions,” said Pulkownik. “The key to our high growth expectations will be the effective development of our channel partner program. With that in mind, we’ve developed a conflict-free relationship where our channel partners work together with our direct sales team, thereby avoiding any channel conflict.”

Serving 120 countries worldwide, the company connects more than 700 cloud, security and content providers. Its private Cloud Connect service connects directly to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud and Oracle cloud across North America, Europe, and Asia.
