TD Synnex has announced the launch of its Enablement Journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot, a program designed to prepare partners for navigating AI-powered workplace productivity. To support this transformation, the distributor will provide partners with early access to insights, sales, technical enablement, and training, as well as readiness tools and resources.
The initiative consists of various resources and trainings, such as Copilot Practice Builder, Customer CloudLabs Experiences, and the “Get Ready for Copilot Workshop.” Partners who complete the training can earn a badge to demonstrate their competencies around Copilot adoption.
Microsoft 365 Copilot is now part of the company’s Destination AI program, which aggregates a variety of AI services, solutions, and resources available to partners. By adding Copilot enablement to Destination AI, customers can access enablement as well as a wide range of AI applications and services that run on Microsoft 365 and Azure, such as computer vision, natural language processing and data analytics.
“TD Synnex is committed to empowering our customers’ AI and cloud journey and helping them navigate these emerging technologies securely and efficiently,” said Chief Strategy Officer Sergio Farache. “Through our enablement journey and resources, we believe partners can gain a competitive edge in the rapidly growing AI market, which is currently valued at more than $530 billion.”
First launched in North America, select features of Destination AI are now also available globally, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
By leveraging these resources, partners can gain a competitive edge in the SMB market through the training and enablement provided.
