UJet Inc., a San Francisco-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) vendor has announced a strategic partnership with MicroCorp, a national master agent.
This partnership provides MicroCorp’s sub-agents with full access to UJet’s contact center platform and features, including the ability to fully integrate support into their existing mobile experience. Partners can also access the UJet Virtual Agent which provides proactive, conversational AI capabilities for both customers and contact center agents.
